Pro m\u011b je tohle t\u00e9ma aktu\u00e1ln\u00ed asi od doby, co jsem si jako d\u00edt\u011b za\u010dala uv\u011bdomovat, \u017ee p\u0159em\u00fd\u0161l\u00edm. V\u017edy ve mn\u011b my\u0161lenky na pom\u00edjivost vzbuzovaly nedefinovatelnou \u00fazkost.<\/p><p>Je to t\u00e9ma, kter\u00e9 n\u011bjak\u00fdm zp\u016fsobem \u0159e\u0161\u00ed asi ka\u017ed\u00e9 mal\u00e9 d\u00edt\u011b. Batole pl\u00e1\u010de po odchodu maminky, proto\u017ee z jeho \u00fahlu pohledu prost\u011b zmizela. Mal\u00e9 d\u00edt\u011b je zat\u00edm st\u00e1le v my\u0161lenk\u00e1ch pouze tady a te\u010f. Dokonale p\u0159\u00edtomn\u00e9. Je\u0161t\u011b se ale nestihlo nau\u010dit ovl\u00e1dat sv\u00e9 emoce. Tak\u017ee nezvl\u00e1dne un\u00e9st pom\u00edjivost tak d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9ho objektu, kter\u00fdm pro n\u011bj maminka bezesporu je.\u00a0<\/p><p>V\u011bt\u0161\u00ed d\u00edt\u011b potom u\u017e tu\u0161\u00ed, \u017ee nejsp\u00ed\u0161 nastane n\u011bjak\u00e1 budoucnost. Strach z pom\u00edjivosti ale v\u011bt\u0161inou v ur\u010dit\u00e9 m\u00ed\u0159e p\u0159etrv\u00e1v\u00e1.\u00a0<\/p><p>Jak v\u00e1m pom\u016f\u017ee tr\u00e9nink MINDFULNESS? I k tomu se dnes dostanu. Nejprve si ujasn\u00edme jednotliv\u00e9 pojmy.\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-423d6e6e elementor-widget href=\"http:\/\/www.buddhismus.cz\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Buddhismus<\/a> pova\u017euje pom\u00edjivost (anitja) za jednu ze t\u0159\u00ed charakteristik ve\u0161ker\u00e9ho byt\u00ed. Dal\u0161\u00edmi kvalitami, kter\u00e9 podle buddhistick\u00e9ho u\u010den\u00ed p\u0159\u00edmo vypl\u00fdvaj\u00ed z anitjy, jsou strastiplnost (dukkha) a bezpodstatnost (anatt\u00e1).\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>Mo\u017en\u00e1 zn\u00e1te r\u010den\u00ed, \u017ee \u201ejedinou jistotou v \u017eivot\u011b je zm\u011bna\u201c. To je podstata pom\u00edjivosti.<\/strong> <strong>V\u0161e je podm\u00edn\u011bno zm\u011bn\u011b. Un\u00e1\u0161eno proudem \u010dasu, kter\u00fd tyto zm\u011bny vpisuje do sv\u00fdch jednotliv\u00fdch ok\u00e9nek.<\/strong> P\u0159edstavte si \u010das jako pol\u00ed\u010dka filmu. Kdy\u017e zav\u0159ete o\u010di a zti\u0161\u00edte mysl, mo\u017en\u00e1 zaslechnete cvrkot bo\u017esk\u00e9 prom\u00edta\u010dky.\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5ed3f40e elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"5ed3f40e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" id=\"pomijivost-zdroj-uzkosti\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\"><a href=\"#pomijivost-zdroj-uzkosti\">Pom\u00edjivost a zdroj \u00fazkosti<\/a><\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b256534 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"b256534\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Samotn\u00e1 <a href=\"https:\/\/cs.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Ani%C4%8D%C4%8Da\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">pom\u00edjivost<\/a> nen\u00ed zdrojem \u00fazkosti ani utrpen\u00ed. Nem\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt. Je to jako byste vinili n\u016f\u017e z vra\u017edy (nebo ko\u010dku z \u00famysln\u00e9ho shazov\u00e1n\u00ed v\u011bc\u00ed na poli\u010dce).<strong> Pom\u00edjivost je danou sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed hmotn\u00e9 existence. Zdrojem utrpen\u00ed je lp\u011bn\u00ed na tom, co je pom\u00edjiv\u00e9.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p><p>Z\u00e1padn\u00ed sv\u011bt u\u017e m\u00e1 tak\u00e9 sv\u00e9 \u201emudrce\u201c, kte\u0159\u00ed u\u010d\u00ed sv\u00e9 \u017e\u00e1ky, jak s pocitem utrpen\u00ed nalo\u017eit. <strong>Techniky neurolingvistick\u00e9ho programov\u00e1n\u00ed n\u00e1s nap\u0159\u00edklad u\u010d\u00ed, \u017ee nez\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed ani tak na situaci, jako sp\u00ed\u0161 na tom, jak na situaci sami naz\u00edr\u00e1me.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p><p>Vyrovnat se s pom\u00edjivost\u00ed je ale pro n\u00e1s, jako pro lidsk\u00e9 bytosti, obvykle opravdu vysok\u00e1 discipl\u00edna. Lid\u00e9 se proto velmi spr\u00e1vn\u011b obracej\u00ed k transcendenci. <strong>Kdy\u017e najdete n\u011bco skute\u010dn\u00e9ho a trval\u00e9ho, m\u016f\u017ee v\u00e1s to zbavit obav.<\/strong> Spousta bytost\u00ed ale obrac\u00ed svou pozornost k vn\u011bj\u0161\u00edm autorit\u00e1m ve snaze naj\u00edt vykoupen\u00ed z kolob\u011bhu utrpen\u00ed. M\u00e1m te\u010f na mysli n\u00e1bo\u017eensk\u00e9 autority, kter\u00e9 slibuj\u00ed odm\u011bnu v\u011bt\u0161inou ve form\u011b posmrtn\u00e9ho \u017eivota. Pova\u017euji to za dobr\u00fd marketing r\u016fzn\u00fdch c\u00edrkv\u00ed, kter\u00e9 vyu\u017eily strachu lid\u00ed z pom\u00edjivosti a nab\u00eddly odpustky za dobr\u00e9 chov\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/p><p><strong>A\u017e si lid\u00e9 uv\u011bdom\u00ed, \u017ee to, co je p\u0159esahuje, je jejich \u010dist\u00e1 du\u0161e, bude i sv\u011bt lep\u0161\u00edm m\u00edstem. Pojem z osobn\u011brozvojov\u00e9 oblasti zat\u00edm nena\u0161el vhodn\u00fd \u010desk\u00fd ekvivalent. M\u016f\u017eete se setkat s pokusy o p\u0159eklad. V\u0161\u00edmavost, duchaplnost nebo bd\u011bl\u00e9 v\u011bdom\u00ed p\u0159\u00edtomnosti.\u00a0<\/p><p>N\u011bkdy b\u00fdv\u00e1 tahle dovednost zam\u011b\u0148ov\u00e1na za um\u011bn\u00ed byt\u00ed v p\u0159\u00edtomnosti. Ve skute\u010dnosti je ov\u0161em koncept mindfulness mnohem v\u00edc:<\/p><ul><li>v\u011bdom\u00ed t\u011bla,<\/li><li>okam\u017eit\u00e9 vn\u00edm\u00e1n\u00ed smysly,<\/li><li>schopnost korigovat sv\u00e9 chov\u00e1n\u00ed vzhledem k situaci (nejednat pouze z pozice okam\u017eit\u00e9ho popudu a na podklad\u011b emoc\u00ed),<\/li><li>odolnost v\u016f\u010di impulzivn\u00edmu chov\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/li><\/ul><div><strong>Koncept MINDFULNESS vych\u00e1z\u00ed z tradi\u010dn\u00edho buddhistick\u00e9ho u\u010den\u00ed.<\/strong>\u00a0Jeho prvn\u00ed pou\u017eit\u00ed v z\u00e1padn\u00ed medic\u00edn\u011b realizoval profesor Jon Kabat-Zinn v roce 1979 formou programu pro l\u00e9\u010dbu chronicky nemocn\u00fdch pacient\u016f ve fakultn\u00ed nemocnici v Massachusetts. Dokonale p\u0159\u00edtomn\u00e9. Je\u0161t\u011b se ale nestihlo nau\u010dit ovl\u00e1dat sv\u00e9 emoce. Tak\u017ee nezvl\u00e1dne un\u00e9st pom\u00edjivost tak d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9ho objektu, kter\u00fdm pro n\u011bj maminka bezesporu je.\u00a0 V\u011bt\u0161\u00ed d\u00edt\u011b potom u\u017e tu\u0161\u00ed, \u017ee nejsp\u00ed\u0161 nastane n\u011bjak\u00e1 budoucnost. Strach z pom\u00edjivosti ale v\u011bt\u0161inou v ur\u010dit\u00e9 m\u00ed\u0159e p\u0159etrv\u00e1v\u00e1.\u00a0 Jak v\u00e1m pom\u016f\u017ee tr\u00e9nink MINDFULNESS? I k tomu se dnes dostanu. Nejprve si ujasn\u00edme jednotliv\u00e9 pojmy.\u00a0 Jak buddhismus definuje POM\u00cdJIVOST? Pom\u00edjivost a zdroj \u00fazkosti Co je MINDFULNESS? MINDFULNESS jako cesta k sob\u011b Pozorov\u00e1n\u00ed v\u011bc\u00ed Pozorov\u00e1n\u00ed my\u0161lenek Kde MINDFULNESS pom\u00e1h\u00e1 Zam\u011bstnejte svou neposednou opi\u010dku Jak buddhismus definuje POM\u00cdJIVOST? Buddhismus pova\u017euje pom\u00edjivost (anitja) za jednu ze t\u0159\u00ed charakteristik ve\u0161ker\u00e9ho byt\u00ed. Dal\u0161\u00edmi kvalitami, kter\u00e9 podle buddhistick\u00e9ho u\u010den\u00ed p\u0159\u00edmo vypl\u00fdvaj\u00ed z anitjy, jsou strastiplnost (dukkha) a bezpodstatnost (anatt\u00e1).\u00a0 Mo\u017en\u00e1 zn\u00e1te r\u010den\u00ed, \u017ee \u201ejedinou jistotou v \u017eivot\u011b je zm\u011bna\u201c. To je podstata pom\u00edjivosti. V\u0161e je podm\u00edn\u011bno zm\u011bn\u011b. Un\u00e1\u0161eno proudem \u010dasu, kter\u00fd tyto zm\u011bny vpisuje do sv\u00fdch jednotliv\u00fdch ok\u00e9nek. P\u0159edstavte si \u010das jako pol\u00ed\u010dka filmu. Kdy\u017e zav\u0159ete o\u010di a zti\u0161\u00edte mysl, mo\u017en\u00e1 zaslechnete cvrkot bo\u017esk\u00e9 prom\u00edta\u010dky.\u00a0 Pom\u00edjivost a zdroj \u00fazkosti Samotn\u00e1 pom\u00edjivost nen\u00ed zdrojem \u00fazkosti ani utrpen\u00ed. Nem\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt. Je to jako byste vinili n\u016f\u017e z vra\u017edy (nebo ko\u010dku z \u00famysln\u00e9ho shazov\u00e1n\u00ed v\u011bc\u00ed na poli\u010dce). Pom\u00edjivost je danou sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed hmotn\u00e9 existence. Zdrojem utrpen\u00ed je lp\u011bn\u00ed na tom, co je pom\u00edjiv\u00e9.\u00a0 Z\u00e1padn\u00ed sv\u011bt u\u017e m\u00e1 tak\u00e9 sv\u00e9 \u201emudrce\u201c, kte\u0159\u00ed u\u010d\u00ed sv\u00e9 \u017e\u00e1ky, jak s pocitem utrpen\u00ed nalo\u017eit. Techniky neurolingvistick\u00e9ho programov\u00e1n\u00ed n\u00e1s nap\u0159\u00edklad u\u010d\u00ed, \u017ee nez\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed ani tak na situaci, jako sp\u00ed\u0161 na tom, jak na situaci sami naz\u00edr\u00e1me.\u00a0 Vyrovnat se s pom\u00edjivost\u00ed je ale pro n\u00e1s, jako pro lidsk\u00e9 bytosti, obvykle opravdu vysok\u00e1 discipl\u00edna. Lid\u00e9 se proto velmi spr\u00e1vn\u011b obracej\u00ed k transcendenci. Kdy\u017e najdete n\u011bco skute\u010dn\u00e9ho a trval\u00e9ho, m\u016f\u017ee v\u00e1s to zbavit obav. Spousta bytost\u00ed ale obrac\u00ed svou pozornost k vn\u011bj\u0161\u00edm autorit\u00e1m ve snaze naj\u00edt vykoupen\u00ed z kolob\u011bhu utrpen\u00ed. M\u00e1m te\u010f na mysli n\u00e1bo\u017eensk\u00e9 autority, kter\u00e9 slibuj\u00ed odm\u011bnu v\u011bt\u0161inou ve form\u011b posmrtn\u00e9ho \u017eivota. Pova\u017euji to za dobr\u00fd marketing r\u016fzn\u00fdch c\u00edrkv\u00ed, kter\u00e9 vyu\u017eily strachu lid\u00ed z pom\u00edjivosti a nab\u00eddly odpustky za dobr\u00e9 chov\u00e1n\u00ed. A\u017e si lid\u00e9 uv\u011bdom\u00ed, \u017ee to, co je p\u0159esahuje, je jejich \u010dist\u00e1 du\u0161e, bude i sv\u011bt lep\u0161\u00edm m\u00edstem. Cesta k nad\u011bji pro v\u0161echny za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 v sam\u00e9m nitru ka\u017ed\u00e9ho \u010dlov\u011bka.\u00a0 Co je MINDFULNESS? Mindfulness je zaj\u00edmav\u00fd fenom\u00e9n. Pojem z osobn\u011brozvojov\u00e9 oblasti zat\u00edm nena\u0161el vhodn\u00fd \u010desk\u00fd ekvivalent. M\u016f\u017eete se setkat s pokusy o p\u0159eklad. V\u0161\u00edmavost, duchaplnost nebo bd\u011bl\u00e9 v\u011bdom\u00ed p\u0159\u00edtomnosti.\u00a0 N\u011bkdy b\u00fdv\u00e1 tahle dovednost zam\u011b\u0148ov\u00e1na za um\u011bn\u00ed byt\u00ed v p\u0159\u00edtomnosti. Ve skute\u010dnosti je ov\u0161em koncept mindfulness mnohem v\u00edc: v\u011bdom\u00ed t\u011bla, okam\u017eit\u00e9 vn\u00edm\u00e1n\u00ed smysly, schopnost korigovat sv\u00e9 chov\u00e1n\u00ed vzhledem k situaci (nejednat pouze z pozice okam\u017eit\u00e9ho popudu a na podklad\u011b emoc\u00ed), odolnost v\u016f\u010di impulzivn\u00edmu chov\u00e1n\u00ed. Koncept MINDFULNESS vych\u00e1z\u00ed z tradi\u010dn\u00edho buddhistick\u00e9ho u\u010den\u00ed.\u00a0Jeho prvn\u00ed pou\u017eit\u00ed v z\u00e1padn\u00ed medic\u00edn\u011b realizoval profesor Jon Kabat-Zinn v roce 1979 formou programu pro l\u00e9\u010dbu chronicky nemocn\u00fdch pacient\u016f ve fakultn\u00ed nemocnici v Massachusetts. Odtud se koncept u\u010den\u00ed s v\u011bdeck\u00fdm z\u00e1kladem roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159il mezi \u0161irokou ve\u0159ejnost.\u00a0 MINDFULNESS jako cesta k sob\u011b Mindfulness je dovednost, kterou se m\u016f\u017ee nau\u010dit ka\u017ed\u00fd z v\u00e1s. Jde ve sv\u00e9 podstat\u011b o intenzivn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed uv\u011bdomov\u00e1n\u00ed si my\u0161lenek, t\u011blesn\u00fdch vjem\u016f a emoc\u00ed. V\u011bda prok\u00e1zala, \u017ee u\u017e pouh\u00e9 uv\u011bdomov\u00e1n\u00ed si vlastn\u00edch my\u0161lenek pom\u00e1h\u00e1 l\u00e9pe zvl\u00e1dat emo\u010dn\u00ed tlaky i stres. A samoz\u0159ejm\u011b taky obavy vych\u00e1zej\u00edc\u00ed z v\u011bdom\u00ed pom\u00edjivosti. Tyto obavy jsou toti\u017e op\u011bt jen my\u0161lenky, kter\u00e9 pramen\u00ed z hodnocen\u00ed skute\u010dnosti a z o\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed. J\u00e1 tomu \u0159\u00edk\u00e1m METAPOZICE. Od temene hlavy a\u017e po kone\u010dky prst\u016f. Te\u010f by v\u00e1m sledov\u00e1n\u00ed vlastn\u00edch my\u0161lenek m\u011blo j\u00edt o n\u011bco l\u00e9pe. Kdy\u017e t\u0159eba zachyt\u00edte negativn\u00ed my\u0161lenku, v\u011bnujte se jej\u00edmu nestrann\u00e9mu pozorov\u00e1n\u00ed. Odkud k v\u00e1m p\u0159i\u0161la?
